Retained by HNTB Corporation to provide and audit review and negotiation support of 6 Owner Controlled Insurance claims. Initial review demonstrated severalareas in which charges were in excess of the contract standard. Because of these findings Williams was additionally retained to review all 38 claims valued in excess of $25M as well as providing overcharges and duplications review of the contract Change Order process. Reconciliation of the contractor’s 38 monthly billings to the contract requirements of avoiding waste and extravagance were performed on-site at the THCEA offices.
