TPM Williams has been appointed Project Management Consultant for the Fit-Out and Refurbishment of the Fairmont Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai. This project comprises the complete refurbishment works for 386 Hotel Rooms in multiple phases, along with the Ground Floor Toilets and Prayer Room. TPM Williams will be acting as the Client Representative responsible for all Project Management activities including Construction Supervision, Cost & Schedule Control, and Interior Design Supervision.
