Provided setup of procedures and processes of the Project Controls department and is subsequently providing staffing for Maintenance Activities. Responsibilities include Cost Estimating, Review of estimates by 3rd party consultants; Reconciliation of estimates; Development of owner estimates for pending contract change orders; and, Conducting bid analysis and support negotiation of GMP for CMR contract packages.
