Nikhil Kothari is a specialist in Claims Planning with 12 years of global experience. He is currently the  Planning Manager of TPM Williams, United Arab Emirates. 

Nikhil is an expert in the Planning and Scheduling of Projects. This includes being proficient in Delay Analysis, evaluation and preparation of Claims related to EOT and a myriad of other tasks related to Planning and Scheduling including:

• Determining suitable techniques for assessment, preparation of clear guidelines, tool-kits and contractual procedures for evaluation of Extension of Time Claims
• Development of Project Management Plan including WBS and CBA along with Engineering, Procurement & Construction Schedul
• Preparation of PCS Reports including EV, CPI & SPI during progress and at Project Close-Out

He has over 12 years of comprehensive experience, including 9 Years’ experience in the Middle East where he has worked with numerous international companies and was involved in various types of project including Industrial, Infrastructural, Hospitality, Residential and Commercial Developments. This specific experience allows him to provide valuable market-specific knowledge and information to our Projects that makes him extremely valuable to our Clients. He has played an integral role in various valuable and high-profile, complex  projects like Le Meridian Mina Siya.
