Nisha Sukesh is an expert Quantity Surveyor with 19 years of experience in numerous complex projects. She is currently the Senior Quantity Surveyor with TPM Williams, United Arab Emirates.

Nisha has been involved in various aspects of Quantity Surveying during the Pre-Contract and Post–Contract stages such as:

• Cost Estimates
• Value Engineering
• Preparing Bill of Quantities and Conditions of Contract 
• Claim Evaluations 
• Contract Administration

With 19 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration, Nisha has been involved in numerous Projects with diverse scopes such as Hotels, Commercial/ Residential Buildings, Factories and Showrooms. Her input from inception to completion of these projects has made her a valuable member of TPM Williams capable of assisting in the most complex of tasks with her expert knowledge, experience and time management skills.

Nisha is a Post-graduate in Construction Management and holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
