Senior Quantity Surveyor

Milinda Perera is a Sr. Quantity Surveyor with more than 10 years of extensive experience in Quantity Surveying. He is currently engaged as Senior Quantity Surveyor with TPM Williams and has been involved in various aspects of Quantity Surveying including Pre-Contract and Post–Contract phases of projects.

Milinda holds a BSc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying degree and is a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Associate Member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (AIQSSL), Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS), Member of Canadian Institute of quantity Surveyors (CIQS), Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), and Associate membership of Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB).  

His expertise includes:

• Preparation rate break downs for new rates based on first principals
• Reviewing contractor’s interim payment application
• Reviewing contractor’s variations
• Preparation of statement at completion
• Preparation of Final Accounting
