Project Engineer

Rahul J Antony is a Project Engineer who adds to the team at TPM Williams as a young and enthusiastic  member who is adapting to the local market and adding new skills to his rapidly growing repertoire of abilities. He has 3 years of experience as an Engineer. He also assists in the preparation and submission of Claims and is hoping to be an expert in the field in due time.

Through his education and previous experience as well as the task assigned to him at TPM Williams, Rahul has extensive exposure in:

• Collation of various project documentation and preparation of appropriate logs
• Assistance in the development and upkeep of the common strategies and procedures.
• Preparation project organization and communication charts.
• Site visits to ensure the quality of work and timely completion
• Conducting of routine tests (pile load tests) and submission reports
• Assistance in preparation and submission of Claims
• Assistance in preparation of BOQs
• Basic design works

Throughout his young career, Rahul has assisted in projects including Colleges, Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Infrastructural Projects and Restaurants. Most of these projects were in India and he has now successfully integrated into the local market of the UAE and is able to add significant value to projects at TPM Williams. Rahul is a team player with a positive attitude and willing to assume challenging assignments and provide support to his seniors and peers. He is incredibly driven as seen by his constant willingness to learn and add more qualifications to his resume.

Rahul has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the Mahatma Gandhi University, which he followed up with a Masters in Structural Engineering from the Kerala Technological University. He is well versed in Staad Pro (Analyse and Design RCC and steel structures,) is a Certified Professional in AutoCAD and is familiar with  Primavera, Etabs, Revit, Sketchup / V-Ray and Ansys. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers in India (AMIE) and the Builders Association of India. Impressively, he is currently pursuing a Masters in Law, specializing in Construction showing his dedication and passion for his chosen field. We, at TPM Williams, are extremely excited to see the continuous growth of Rahul and how he can further contribute to major projects.
