Ajith holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Cost Engineer from Chicago Management Training Institute, Dubai.

Ajith has worked with Project Managers / Cost Consultants, Design & Supervision Consultants and Contractors and handled Pre and Post Contract responsibilities in the capacity of Contracts/Cost Senior Personnel.

He has over 30 years of extensive experience in:

• Claim Evolutions 

Ajith has applied this experience in various types of projects such as Major Buildings, Infrastructure, Airport expansion and Industrial projects throughout the UAE. Ajith is an expert in problem-solving and possesses the ability to collaborate his theoretical knowledge into practical aspects.

Well-versed with POMI, CESMM3 Measurement Standards, Ajith also has great intrapersonal skills and is proficient in People Management and a thorough negotiator who focuses on results by adopting the right attitude and approach according to the needs of the situation.
