TPM Williams has been appointed Cost Consultant for a Sheik villa in the Al Taweelah area of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.  This new luxurious villa is being designed by Whitespace Architects, and has a Built Up Area of over 2,000 Sq.M.  The Project Manager for this contract is LEAD Development and Management Real Estate Consultants, LLC out of Abu Dhabi.  Mr. Joseph Varghese, Managing Director of TPM Williams said “We are delighted to be a part of this team working together with Whitespace and LEAD, to deliver such a prestigious villa in Abu Dhabi.  TPM Williams takes great pride in providing valuable services on specialized projects such as this, and we are very excited to add this to our portfolio of luxury villa projects in the UAE.”
