TPM Williams has been appointed 5D BIM Construction Digitalization Consultant for the Jubail Island Villas Package 1 project as part of the Jubail Island Development Program. Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) is developing this mixed use low density residential community which includes single family villas and town homes, along with various mixed use components which makeup each village center. This initial package is being designed by SHH Architecture & Interior Design and EHAF Consulting Engineers and consists of the development of seven (7) “Show Villas”. The entire program is being managed by LEAD Development and Project Management Consultants. TPM Williams is already the Cost Consultant for this package, and under this new agreement will be providing 5D Construction Digitalization services including developing and optimizing the BIM Models by incorporating schedule and cost/BOQ information for visual 5D tender evaluation in the Award phase, and 5D progress monitoring, variation management & payment certification in the Construction phase.
