The Sea La Vie project involved the development of four luxury residential towers within Yas Bay Residences, a premier waterfront destination in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Each tower featured 18 upper levels, a shared basement, a common lower ground and upper podium, and spanned a total project area of approximately 176,000 m². The development included a mix of super-luxury 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses, 4-bedroom luxury duplexes, and 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, complemented by retail spaces and premium amenities. Among these was an infinity pool at the podium level with stunning views of the bay. TPM Williams served as the Project Manager and Cost Consultant, working directly with the owner, Ethmar Holdings / 9Yard Development.
