The Project involves the development of a Multi-Storey Parking Building (G+8+R) at Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. to cater for the parking requirements of Emirates NBD offices (Building M, N, P and Q) located on another plot and Connected by a Pedestrian Bridge. The Multi-Storey Parking has a total Built-Up Area of approximately 33,800 Sqm for 1000 parking lots and should be sustainable in such a way to achieve “Gold Park Smart Certification”.
