The City of Lights development consists of the construction of 5 mixed-use Use Towers in the Pearl Bay area of Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab
Emirates. The towers will have lower ground floors and upper-level podium, and up to 42 upper level floors. The total area of the project is approximately 202,000 m2, and contains 1,238 apartments, along with retail, office space, and associated amenities. TPM Williams are the PMO for the client, ATGC, on this project.
