Vipin Joseph is the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and operation of all financial activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, governance, and negotiations.
He plays a key role in scaling the company by aligning financial strategies with business goals, managing capital and fundraising efforts, improving operational efficiency, and mitigating financial risks. Mr. Vipin drives growth through strategic planning, performance metrics, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) leadership while ensuring strong investor relations and transparency. By fostering financial discipline and leveraging technology, he enhances decision-making and positions the company for long-term success, including crafting expansion strategies such as IPOs or acquisitions.
Mr. Vipin brings over 15 years of professional experience in financial planning, auditing, budgeting, financial control, and compliance, including 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in project cost analysis, performance evaluation, cost control, taxation, and transfer pricing.
Mr. Vipin is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
