Senior Planning Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve/comment on the Construction schedules submitted by the Contractor and ensure the Construction Schedule complies with the Contract documents.
  • Review and approve/comment on the procurement schedules as submitted by the Contractor and ensure the procurement schedules are in compliance and are coordinated with current construction schedules.
  • Review program updates against the Baseline Program. Notify the Contractor of the shortcomings and areas of improvement.
  • Review and notify the adequacy of Equipment and manpower.
  • Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the Contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision staff are increased to meet the requirements.
Skills:
  • Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Relevant experience in Planning, particularly in Villa projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 15 Years (5 years in Villa projects)

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Type of Project:
Projects comprise design and tendering of mega five-star hotels and infrastructure works at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project is under design stage and the current QS works during design stage shall be done from Dubai office (approximately 1.5 years). Post Pre Contract, the staff shall have the option either to continue in UAE engaging in other projects with the Company or relocate to Saudi Arabia to work for the Post-Contract of the same project.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of cost estimates and cost plan for structural and architectural works, during concept, schematic, detailed design and tender documents stages
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural and architectural works, including materials, labor, and overheads.
  • Participate in value engineering
  • Involve in the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
Skills:

  • Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
